For security reasons, ships to street addresses only, and not to PO Boxes or similar addresses. If item(s) are requested to be shipped to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, or similar addresses, the customer is liable for all responsibility for the package if it is lost or stolen. All packages are sent Insurance and are Signature Required.

For Shipping to Alaska and certain parts of Hawaii the free shipping does not apply, please ask us before placing your order...

Return and Exchange Policy

All Returns must be Authorized by our Customer Service. No Packages will be accepted without an RAN (Return Authorization Number) from our customer service.

If you need to resize your ring, Please contact us immediately so we can accommodate you.
If you resize our merchandise at your own jeweler or repair shop, you take the risk of damage,
and the item(s) will be automatically NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
We cannot accept any damaged/worn products for exchange nor refund.

Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Team.

If you are advised to send back the items to us, Please send your package to us via Insured US Post Office Priority MailŪ, Make sure that you have insured the package & purchased a tracking number for your record, this must be done within 30 days from the date it was shipped.
Please include a copy of the invoice, the original packaging, and any other information which was advised to you by your customer representative.
For exchanges please write the item number that you want to exchange it for.

Shipping / Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted when a return or exchange has been made.

Damaged In Shipment:

If your item is damaged through shipping, please hold the merchandise and the package it came in. Contact the delivering carrier to arrange for an inspection and then notify us.
